A birth mother client sent me a link to this article, "A Letter To My Son's Birth Mother," and I wanted to share.  

It is beautiful, and, as an adoptive mother myself, I completely understand the author's feelings and sentiments.  As a birth mother, remember that you are thought of even when you don't know it.
